Massage a small amount onto your damp face and neck with lukewarm water. If you've got a minute, leave the cleanser on the skin to get your money's worth and allow the active ingredients to do their job.<br /> <br />(For a slightly deeper clean, and gentle exfoliation, consider using a Konjac sponge.)<br /> <br />Rinse off, pat dry with a towel, and arm yourself with your favorite toner.

Returns

Ordered something by mistake, or just changed your mind? No worries! You can return your products within 21 days of your order being placed. 

If there's a fault with the product, we'll cover the return postage costs (up to £4.00) or share a link whereby you can generate a Royal Mail returns label at no cost to you.

If you've decided you no longer want/need the product, of course we'll take it back, but we won't be able to compensate you for the cost of getting the product(s) back to us. In the case where a pre-paid returns label has been used, £4.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of this.

Of course, the product(s) have to be in perfect, re-sellable condition, just as you'd like to receive them (except if the product(s) arrived damaged). Unfortunately that means, where the products have a seal, you can't break this, not even for a little test.

If your order has qualified for a free gift, the gift must also be returned in perfect, re-sellable condition before your refund or replacement can be processed.

Where a product has has a 'money-back guarantee', the cost of returning the product to us is borne by the customer, and Skinspace reserves the right to issue the refund by way of store credit (e.g. Skinspace Gift Card).
