Massage a small amount onto your damp face and neck with lukewarm water. If you've got a minute, leave the cleanser on the skin to get your money's worth and allow the active ingredients to do their job.

(For a slightly deeper clean, and gentle exfoliation, consider using a Konjac sponge.)

Rinse off, pat dry with a towel, and arm yourself with your favorite toner.

Returns

Ordered something by mistake, or just changed your mind? No worries! You can return your products within 21 days of your order being placed.

If there's a fault with the product(s), we'll refund your return postage costs. If you've decided you no longer want/need the product(s), of course we'll take it back, but we won't be able to compensate you for the cost of getting the product(s) back to us.

Of course, the product(s) have to be in perfect, re-sellable condition, just as you'd like to receive them (except if the product(s) arrived damaged). Unfortunately that means, where the products have a seal, you can't break this, not even for a little test.
