Snail filtrate (Korea's worst-kept skincare secret) is intensely hydrating, while centella asiatica calms the skin, helping reduce redness and inflammation. It's perfect for those with dry, irritated and/or sensitive skin, and probably best avoided if you have oily or combination skin.

Having cleansed, toned and applied appropriate treatments to your skin, apply a thin layer of the product (mixed with a few drops of facial oil if that’s your style) over your face and neck.

Once fully absorbed, follow with sunscreen in the morning, or facial oil in the evening.

Returns

Ordered something by mistake, or just changed your mind? No worries! You can return your products within 21 days of your order being placed. 

If there's a fault with the product(s), we'll refund your return postage costs. If you've decided you no longer want/need the product(s), of course we'll take it back, but we won't be able to compensate you for the cost of getting the product(s) back to us.

Of course, the product(s) have to be in perfect, re-sellable condition, just as you'd like to receive them (except if the product(s) arrived damaged). Unfortunately that means, where the products have a seal, you can't break this, not even for a little test.

If your order has qualified for a free gift, the gift must also be returned in perfect, re-sellable condition before your refund or replacement can be processed.
