Work the oil between your palms, then gently massage the oil over dry skin, taking a good minute to do so. The oil will grab hold of the dirt, makeup or sunblock on your skin. Splash your face with a small amount of water, and when the oil emulsifies and turns a white-ish tone, massage a bit more. Then rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water.

For the second part of the double-cleansing routine, use a water-based foaming cleanser, or cleansing gel.

Returns

Ordered something by mistake, or just changed your mind? No worries! You can return your products within 21 days of your order being placed. 

If there's a fault with the product(s), we'll refund your return postage costs. If you've decided you no longer want/need the product(s), of course we'll take it back, but we won't be able to compensate you for the cost of getting the product(s) back to us.

Of course, the product(s) have to be in perfect, re-sellable condition, just as you'd like to receive them (except if the product(s) arrived damaged). Unfortunately that means, where the products have a seal, you can't break this, not even for a little test.

If your order has qualified for a free gift, the gift must also be returned in perfect, re-sellable condition before your refund or replacement can be processed.
