Returns

Ordered something by mistake, or just changed your mind? No worries! We offer free returns for all products within 21 days of your order being placed. Of course, the products have to be in perfect, re-sellable condition, just as you'd like to receive them. Unfortunately that means, where the products have a seal, you can't break this, not even for a little test.

UK customers, just create a return here, use the pre-printed label that came with your order and drop the package off at a Post Office.

International customers, please create a return here and follow the instructions depending on your country.
